Terms of Service

These terms cover Three Minute Theory at ThreeMinuteTheory.com, including the teacher dashboard and student accounts. By accessing or using ThreeMinuteTheory.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Students

There is no minimum age for students. Students of any age, including under 13, can use Three Minute Theory when their teacher or school sets up their account or gives them a class code. On that path we ask for a first name, last name, and a password. We do not ask for a student email address, phone number, home address, or date of birth. The only age limit is for independent sign-ups: children under 13 may not create their own account without a teacher, school, or parent. Students joining through a teacher's class code have no age requirement. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without a school's or parent's involvement, we'll delete it.
